To enjoy the delights of fruit and vegetables produced directly on site, our Mercure Paris Ouest St Germain en Laye hotel has invested in the installation of an urban farm, starting in winter 2023. From chef to producer, we took the plunge without hesitation!

Since March, we have been able to cook for you the fruit of our first harvests.

Our chef works in tandem with our partner botanical gardener. "Agripolis" Urban Farms to determine the plantings to be planned from season to season and incorporate them into our gourmet recipes as the harvests come in.
